Who we are

The Directorate-General for Innovation and Technological Support (DG ITEC) provides the European Parliament with information and communication technology services as well as printing and distribution services.

  • We in the Human Resources Planning and Management Unit - HR Management and Professional Training Service are a small, agile and dynamic team Luxembourg-based of people representing various nationalities and professional background providing human resources support to a dynamic and innovative Directorate-General for Innovation and Technological Support in the European Parliament;
  • We cover the entire spectrum of human resources, including recruitment, outreach, career advice, talent sourcing, mobility, planning, monitoring and reporting;
  • We are innovative, flexible, result-oriented and we value inclusion, diversity and autonomy;
  • We offer a diverse, positively challenging and unique experience allowing to acquire relevant future skills in the field of human resources planning, recruitment, talent sourcing, outreach, project management, career management and reporting.

 

Your tasks

  • Our trainees are crucial part of our team, sharing our tasks and responsibilities across varied topics and projects we are working on, resulting in them acquiring a vast exposure and range of skills related to HR;
  • We offer a high quality supervision, trust and autonomy to our trainees, as well as inspiring work environment and excellent working conditions and atmosphere based on respect, loyalty and trust;

You are

  • We are looking for a creative, dynamic and hardworking person interested in HR, IT, innovation and modern human resources management;
  • The person should speak fluent English, while knowledge of other EU language, particularly French, could be an asset;
  • We want our trainees to fit into the dynamic, transparent and innovative culture of the team and value open-minded and driven people who love to learn, want to contribute and have a deep interest for people management, project management and structures and processes.
