The Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM) strives to reach and engage the right audience with the right message at the right time and in doing so, deliver world-class communication.

Your tasks
The Directorate for Campaigns is responsible for Parliament’s social media communication, campaign concept and design, civil society, youth and cultural outreach activities as well as developing Parliament’s web presence.
The office of the Director for Campaigns is seeking to strengthen its team by hiring a trainee who will be responsible for the following duties:
- Organizing and coordinating management meetings, including sending out invitations, preparing the agenda, and taking minutes;
- Providing administrative support, such as data entry and document drafting, to ensure the smooth running of daily tasks;
- Supporting in analysing strategies and concept notes;
- Assisting with the planning and implementation monitoring of key projects to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources;
- Supporting in events organised by the units and in internal communication initiatives.
