Who we are

The Directorate-General for Information Technologies and Cybersecurity delivers digitally advanced, secure, resilient, compliant and sustainable information and communications technology (ICT) services.

Portfolio Management and Compliance Unit (PMCO)'s mission is the management and oversight of the IT projects and IT assets portfolio, including transformation programmes (e.g. sustainability programme), business solutions delivery projects (customer-driven through the demand management process) and technical infrastructure projects (driven by technological changes and managed centrally). Provide legal advice on the applicable EU regulations for IT business (cybersecurity. AI, data protection, digital accessibility, interoperability).

 

Your tasks

Support within the PMCO Unit the Change Management Board Secretariat, helping steer the change and transformation of DG ITEC, which may include:

Administrative support:
- Administrative and technical tasks in preparation of the agenda and follow-up of the decisions of the Change Management Board;
- Supporting the official responsible for the domain in planning and coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes and action plans.

Change management support:
- Preparation and execution of domain specific actions, in agreement with the official responsible for the domain;
- Assisting with project management of the implementation of Change Management Board decisions;
- Assisting with drafting of policies and processes in the change management domain;
- Assisting in establishing and maintaining the change management governance documentation with regards to the domain.

 

You are

We are looking for a person matching:
- Holder of a university level diploma in Business, IT, Law or other related to the position;
- Knowledge of project management is a plus;
- Knowledge of change management is a plus;
- Knowledge of the administrative and/or legal and budgetary rules governing public institutions is a plus;
- Having developed writing skills;
- Knowledge of IT applications and collaborative platforms that could be used in the areas of activity of change management and/or service management is a plus;
- Open to continuous self-improvement;
- Showing flexibility, team spirit and cooperation, result orientation and reliability;
- Having analytical, organisational, planning and communication skills.
