The Directorate-General for Communication (DG COMM) strives to reach the right audience with the right message at the right time and in doing so, deliver world-class communication. We are committed communication professionals coming from various professional and academic backgrounds 

The Directorate for Campaigns is responsible Parliament’s social media communication, campaign concept and design, civil society, youth and cultural outreach activities as well as developing our web presence.

 

Your tasks

The office of the Director for Campaigns is seeking to strengthen its team by hiring a trainee who will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Organizing and coordinating management meetings, including sending out invitations, preparing the agenda, and taking minutes;
  • Providing administrative support, such as data entry and document drafting, to ensure the smooth running of daily tasks;
  • Assisting with the planning and implementation monitoring of EE24 related projects to ensure timely completion and efficient use of resources;
  • Supporting internal communication initiatives, such as updating info on Teams and collecting input for the intranet.

  • You bring proficiency in MS Office;
  • You have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn;
  • You have experience in campaigning or volunteering;
  • Proficiency in French or German is an asset.
