Who we are
The Directorate-General for Infrastructure and Logistics (DG INLO) is responsible for overseeing the European Parliament's vast infrastructure portfolio, which spans around 1.3 million square meters of building space across Europe. This includes a variety of tasks that are crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning and sustainability of the Parliament's operations. DG INLO is also in charge of a range of essential services such as catering, mail distribution, furniture management, and transport for Parliament Members and staff. This comprehensive approach ensures that all physical and logistical needs are met, supporting the European Parliament’s political activities in a sustainable way.
The Drivers Unit includes over 100 professional drivers, who provide a transport service to Members and other authorities of the European Parliament.
Your tasks
Our unit is engaged in a review of its internal processes and of its working tools. In this context, the trainee will contribute to administrative tasks and will be able to take part in projects in the context of the unit's mission.
We will discuss your specific tasks with you and work together to achieve them.
You are
You have obtained/will obtain a university degree (level 6 of EQF or higher) at least three months before the starting date of the traineeship.
You preferably have a background and interest in management and/or administration and a very good knowledge of English and/or French. You are motivated to integrate into a very big team and contribute to its various activities. You are interested in finding out more about how the administration of the European Parliament works.
